How She Can Help You to Last Longer in Bed

By Edward White, Creator, Prejaculation

Not many men are open enough to discuss his sexual problems with their partners. Therefore, if you are a woman and you want to help your man to last longer in bed, you have to adjust how you express your concern.

Be Supportive

Do not be discouraged if he does not wish to discuss his problems with you at the beginning. Being a supportive and understanding partner can really help your man to last longer in bed so you just need to make him realize that.

Instead of discussing solutions to his premature ejaculation over the dinner table, you can entice him with new sexual activities that both of you can enjoy.

“Live Action Edging”

One new sexual activity you two can try is called the “live action edging”. It is a technique that your man can use to prevent himself from climaxing when he is very aroused, reign himself in, and continue to go longer. This technique is to be used together with the Stimulation Awareness Scale, a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the climax and 1 is not stimulated at all.

Before you begin, you must introduce the idea to your man and make sure he knows that that you will switch from one position to another during the intercourse.

When you and your man are about to have sex, tell him to keeps tabs of his stimulation level. Even though it will sound unromantic and take the fun out of sex, it actually heightens the sex since your man will be made aware of how aroused and turned on he really is at every moment. In order for you to help your man to keep tab on how close he is to climaxing, you may even encourage him to tell you how stimulated he is throughout the intercourse.

Even though it does not matter which sex position you two try at the beginning, it is better to start out with the missionary position because it allows your man more control of how fast and how deep his genital penetrates yours. When he reaches a 6 or a 7 on the Stimulation Awareness Scale, bring the activity down a notch, and get ready to switch to a different sex position. This should take the stimulation levels back down to a 3 or a 4. After that, you can help you to go up to a 6 or a 7 and repeat the process until both of you are ready to come at the same time.

Practice Makes It Perfect

Remember. Practice makes it perfect. The more you practice this technique, the longer you and your partner can enjoy sex without him coming too soon.
