Delaying Ejaculation with the Real Distraction Principle

By Edward White, Creator, Prejaculation

Delaying ejaculation is something that every man would like to be able to do, especially the ones who are suffering from problems of early ejaculation and actively seeking premature ejaculation treatment. Almost every man who knows the subject seems to have a tip or two on how to stop premature ejaculation. The most common one is called the distraction technique.

The Common Distraction Principle

During sex, if the man wants to delay ejaculation, he will think of non-sexual imagery or mind-numbing concepts. For example, some men will count back from one thousand and picture a duck getting shot. Whatever they think of, they will all make sure it is a total turn-off. They do this to try to remove themselves mentally from the moment of sexual encounter and therefore distance themselves from the sexual stimulation they are getting in bed – in a painful attempt to achieve delaying ejaculation.

However, this distraction principle takes away the pleasure you are supposed to enjoy from sex. It is not a good way to control ejaculation in order to have sex longer. Instead, you should learn to use the REAL distraction principle.

The Real Distraction Principle

First of all, you should know that great sex is not just about putting your penis inside a woman’s vagina. The combination of foreplay, teasing, penetration and some other things is what makes sex both mutually pleasurable and great. You should understand that sex should be varied. Not only this understanding will help you from a pleasure point of view, it will also help you from a premature ejaculation of view. If you and your partner change what you do in bed periodically, you will be able to maintain control of your stimulation level and thereby have sex longer by delaying ejaculation.

Now, the reason the real distraction principle is more effective than the common distraction principle is that it can distract both you and your woman’s attention away from the fact that the sex you two are engaging in is not penetrative and onto the fact that you two are trying something different in bed but still very equally pleasurable. For example, you two can massage each other with lots of oil, perform manual and oral stimulation on each other, or tongue kiss each other,  lick each other, lots of dirty talks, etc.

The real distraction principle wants you to alternate  between a minute or two of penetrative sex and non-penetrative sexual activity, such as licking her vagina or kissing her body all over. Not only this principle will guarantee you that your partner will love the variation of the sexual encounter, you will be happy that you gain much more control over your stimulation level, because whenever your stimulation level is about to go beyond your control during a penetrative sex, you can just switch to an activity that is non-penetrative for a minute or so.

The real distraction principle is easy but extremely effective for delaying ejaculation. Moreover, women actually prefer a man who can offer her this kind of varied sexual experience over a man without the problem of premature ejaculation.
