Techniques to Last Longer in Bed for Men

There are techniques that you can use for building your sexual stamina in order last longer in bed. Even though these techniques to last longer in bed for men take time to master, they are natural and safe. Controlling the timing of your orgasm can be achieved if you try the following two ejaculation control exercises.

1. The Edging Technique

With this technique, you will be able to train your mind and body to realize when you should reduce sexual stimulation and then slowly build it back up again. This particular ejaculation control exercise can help you to extend your ability to go longer in bed by controlling how much stimulation you allow yourself to expose to.

When you practice this exercise during sex, pay attention to the amount of sexual stimulation that you experience. Please rate your stimulation every few seconds on a scale of 1 to 10.

You may use any method to get yourself aroused and stimulated. When you feel you are about to reach a 6 or a 7, stop immediately and bring your level of stimulation back down to a 3 or a 4. After that, you can again build your way up to a 7 or even an 8 and repeat the process.

If you practice these ejaculation control exercise often and regularly, you will be able to build your sexual stamina and last longer in bed.

2. The Blast Technique

With this technique, you will improve your ability to stop ejaculation when you are extremely stimulated. If you master this technique, you will even be able to stop ejaculation when you reach an 8 or a 9 on the scale of 1 to 10.

In order to practice this particular technique, you are required to be undisturbed and alone for a few minutes. You may even practice this while taking a shower like many men do. Shower is a perfect place because it allows you to practice daily.

Get yourself stimulated quickly by doing whatever you prefer to do. Pour some lube in your hand and start jerking your genital very fast and hard. Keep jerking until you feel you are close to climax. Just before you approach the point of no return, immediately stop and bring your arousal level back down.
