PC Muscle

Unlike muscles such as triceps and biceps, there is a special muscle in the male body that many men do not know about. It is called the PC muscle and most men are not aware of it, and therefore have no idea that, with enough training, it can actually grant them control over when to ejaculate during intercourse. Since there are approximately 75% of the male population suffering from early ejaculation problems, this secret muscle is definitely worth learning about.

When a man ejaculates, the PC muscle would involuntarily contract. It always does it when you are experience a sexual climax. So, what does PC stands for? It stands for “Pubococcygeus. It is a mouthful so the scientists has shortened it to make it easier for people to say it. Let’s not go into the scientific aspect of it such as where it resides in the male body or the physiological function of it. All you need to know is that it is inside your “ass”, and by training it, you will be able to possess so much more control over when to reach an orgasm by monitoring your sexual stimulation level.

The PC muscle is not difficult to locate. When a man urinates, he tenses his PC muscle in order to stop the flow of the urine. Or, when the man’s bladder is bursting, he tenses his PC muscle in order to prevent an accident from happening. If you are still unsure where your own PC muscle is, pay close attention next time when you have sex and are in the process of ejaculating, you will notice which particular muscle down there inside your ass twitches every single second or so until you are done coming.

If you now really knows which muscle is the PC muscle, isolate it, try to tense it, but do not tense other muscles besides the PC muscle down there. For example, do not tense your buttocks or your legs, only your PC muscle. Try to hold it for 2 or 3 seconds, then let go, release and relax. By doing this exercise, you are performing something called the “Kegel”.

The exercise – Kegel – which you just did – tensing, holding and relaxing – is a way of training your PC muscle.  Practicing this exercise often can strengthen the PC muscle inside you. With time and effort, it will increase your degree of control over your climax. You will be able to keep your stimulation level steady instead of allowing it go up and down without any control, during sexual intercourse

Since you are likely a beginner in this exercise, this simple routine will be able to help you to tone up your PC muscle if you use it at least three times a week.

The PC Muscle Training Routine

Begin by completing at least 20 Kegels. Here is how the repetition should go. Tense your PC muscle as hard as you are capable of, hold it for at least 2 seconds, then release. Relax your PC muscle for a few seconds, then start again. After completing 20 repetitions, your PC muscle will likely feel exhausted. Allow your PC muscle a few minutes break, then begin by doing 5 repetitions like this: tense your PC muscle by using a half amount of your strength , hold it for about 5 seconds, then release and relax.

Several weeks later, you will be able to notice the difference during sex. The erections your penis will experience are going to be harder and longer. Not only that, you will gain much more ability to control your own sexual stimulation. Once you achieve that, you may continue using the PC muscle routine presented to you above, or you may come up with your own routine. You can do it by adding even more repetitions and tensing your PC muscle even harder and longer during each repetitions.
