Kegel exercise 2:

Tense up your PC muscles and hold it for 20 seconds. Rest your PC muscles for 5 seconds. Repeat what you just did 5 more times.

You should try to perform more short bursts on your second week of your PC muscle exercises. You also should try to hold it longer. Start slow, just like any other form of exercises, and then work your way up until you will be able to perform even higher numbers of repetitions on the first exercises, and on the second Kegel exercise, carry on for a longer duration.
