Orgasm Control Helps Delaying Ejaculation

Orgasm Control Helps Delaying Ejaculation

By Edward White, Creator, Prejaculation

Delaying ejaculation can be achieved once a man learns about orgasm control. Unfortunately, even though we are living in an era of information, the causes of premature ejaculation are misunderstood grossly. Therefore, a lot of men believe their sexual performance, especially the length of time they can last in bed, cannot be improved. This is just not true.

If you can work out and build your muscles in your biceps, or practice your baseball swing to increase accuracy, you can also stop premature ejaculation and improve your sexual prowess.

One of the best ways to improve your orgasm control massively is by identifying your “point of no return”. What is the “point of no return”? It is the split-second right before you reach orgasm and ejaculate. The point of no return is the moment once you pass you will no longer have control over your sexual arousal so ejaculation becomes unavoidable and imminent. Many men actually know when they reach their point of no returns because they recognize when they are about to approach orgasm as the pleasurable sexual sensations begin to intensify.

However, just because most men know when they pass the points of no return, it does not mean these men know how to take advantage of that knowledge to prevent premature ejaculation and extend their sexual performance. Most men are just shamefully aware of when the orgasm is almost over.

Here is what a man usually does:

During the beginning of sexual encounter, the man tends to perform care-free and thrust in and out of his partner as he no longer suffers from premature ejaculation problem. After all, so far so good.

After a short while, his sensations begin to rapidly heighten, so he suddenly becomes aware of his point of no return then he now again remembers he suffers  the problem of premature ejaculation. So, he realizes if he does nothing immediately, either slow down the action or stop the action completely, he will orgasm and ejaculate prematurely. However, at this stage of sexual encounter, there is really nothing he can do. In other words, it is too late to put a brake and escape the points of no return. The man is therefore fighting a losing battle and has no orgasm control whatsoever.

So, what should the man have done? How could this man have used his point of no return to reverse and gain control over his own sexual stimulation in order to achieve delaying ejaculation?

The answer lies when the action should have been taken. The man above waited until seconds before approaching his point of no return to realize he was in trouble and about to lose his orgasm control. He did not take action sooner because he thought he was in control of his arousal well at the beginning. He did not realize his stimulation level has rapidly and silently increasing.

What the man should have done was to create an imagery scale inside his mind that ranges from 1 to 10. 1 represent no arousal at all. 10 is the point of no return. Doing this would have given the man a way to recognize when his stimulation levels were increasing too rapidly and thereby allowed him to do something about it before he reached the point of no return.

Now, if you were the man described above. Here is the plan you should follow:

The 4 Point Plan:

  1. From the beginning of love-making til the moment you are ready to come, make sure you have the scale in your mind.
  2. Every once in a while, make a mental note of where your arousal levels are on the scale. Identify if you have reached the half way point or if you are around a 3 or a 5. Identifying consistently where you are allows you to never make the same mistake the man described above did.
  3. When you feel you have reached a 6 on the scale, then you may think about where you are now in the sexual encounter. If you are only a few minutes in, please proceed to step 4, which is the next step. If you think you are over half through the length of time you would like to last in bed, then just continue on what you are doing regardless.
  4. Before you approach a 7 or a 8 on the scale, you should change something to reduce your stimulation levels. Perhaps you can alter your sex position, the speed, the strength, the depth of your strokes or the quality and depth of your breathing. Changing your sexual techniques at this stage can help you regain your control and therefore allow you to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed.

If you use this simple formula, you will be able to have better orgasm control by achieving delaying ejaculation and thereby extend your sexual performance.
