Imagine yourself as a professional athlete whose goal is to run around the 1000 meter track by using as less time as you can.

How to Heighten Your Stimulation Awareness

  1. Finds some quiet alone time when you can relax and undisturbed.
  2. Get yourself aroused until you get hard by doing whatever methods.
  3. Begin masturbating yourself at a medium speed. Immediately after you start, pay attention and determine where on your genital is experiencing sensations of pleasure.
  4. Being to increase the speed of your masturbation as well as the strength of your grip. Focus on the changes, such as the intensity and the location, in the sensations of pleasure.
  5. Take about 5 minutes to try different speed and technique that you use for pleasuring yourself.   During these 5 minutes, pay attention to the sensations you are experiencing.   7. Stay on the edge of orgasm for as long as you can in order to experience every change in arousal and sensation.  Then proceed to climax and see how the feeling subside.

This type of experiment helps you to increase your awareness and understanding of what sensations your genital experiences when you become stimulated and how they change as you reach orgasm. This is valuable knowledge when trying to enhance your sexual endurance. The reason is that when you engage in intercourse, you will recognize what every sensation your penis is experiencing means at any point in regards to how soon you are about to climax. Once you identify everything, you are free to reduce or increase your speed, change sex positions, or do anything you can to prevent ejaculation too soon and continue making love to your partner.
