How to Prolong Ejaculation by using the 2-step Technique

I am coming!” and “Oh no! This is so embarrassing!” So, instead of allowing these negative thoughts causing you trouble inside your head and make you ejaculate early, just calmly think, “Alright, I am close to coming. It is time to apply the arousal step-down technique.” Now, you move onto the second step.

2. The head of your penis along with the top of the shift is the most sensitive area. So, in order for you to reduce its stimulation, you must begin slowly and deep thrust into her vagina, as far as your penis can go and as much as her vagina can take without suffering any pain.

Then, begin to grind your hips gently and wiggle your pubic bone on your partner’s vagina. If you do this, it will feel like a excellent stroke variation to her and it will make her orgasm by giving her external clitoral stimulation.

However, by doing this, you are actually reducing your arousal level to make you last longer. The reason is that when you plunge your penis deep into her vagina, it enters a wider area in there, which lessens the stimulation and contact of it.

Now, to further reduce the intense sensation your penis is experiencing, you begin to grind and wiggle your hip and pubic instead of thrusting your shaft in and out.  After approximately 30 seconds, you will bring down your arousal levels before you want to resume thrusting once more.
