Delaying Ejaculation by using Sex Positions

Delaying Ejaculation by using Sex Positions

By Edward White, Creator, Prejaculation

Learning the best sex positions for delaying ejaculation can increase your staying power in bed.

According to surveys, 8 out of 10 guys are not able to last longer than two minutes. In other words, the majority of guys cannot last long enough to experiment more than one sex position before ejaculating. If you cannot try more than one sex positions in bed, it could be a reason why you suffer from early ejaculation problem.

How can various sex positions help you last longer? Exploring different sex positions can help you determine stimulation and control. If you want to prevent early ejaculation, you should learn to control your arousal levels  so you are able to reduce it before it approaches the “point of no return”.

The theory is quite simple. Before your arousal level reaches the highest point, bring it back down one level, and then take it back up again. If you can do this a few times, it will increase the sexual pleasure and increase the length of time you can go significantly before you eventually ejaculate.

Although the theory is simple, the practice is not. The reason is that when you have sex, you are often too caught up that when you recognize that you are about to climax, there is nothing you can do to prevent yourself from ejaculation. Therefore, if you really use sex positions to delay ejaculation, you must learn how to control your stimulation level first.

Stimulation Awareness Scale

A man may use a stimulation awareness scale during intercourse. This stimulation awareness scale runs from 1 to 10. One is considered the least aroused. Ten is when you reach climax. Throughout the entire sexual intercourse, you need to keep taps of your arousal levels every several seconds.

If you want to last long in bed, you must learn to be able to bring down your stimulation level before the point of no return. Therefore, when you approach a 7 on the stimulation awareness scale, slow down your thrust and do something else such as deep kissing your partner in order to decrease your own arousal level. Once you are less aroused, you may switch to a different sex position when you are ready to climb up on the scale again.

By using the stimulation awareness scale,  you can also rank all these different sex positions to figure out which ones increase your arousal level rapidly and which ones increase it only moderately. Your finding will be helpful when it comes to delaying ejaculation.

Now, one thing you should do is that the arousal you can get from these various sex positions is likely to be different from every guy. If you wish to achieve the best results, you need to explore as many sex positions as possible and rank each one in term of how fast you are aroused by it, and how easy it is for you to slow down or stop while engaging in these sexual positions.

Remember, sexual positions that do you allow you full control can make it difficult for you to reduce your stimulation level as you wish.
